Please kindly read about the apartment rental steps with Tokyo Furnished.

Booking Proccess

01 Reservation

Click on your selected apartment and enter your dates to check availability. If the apartment available, click CONFIRM RESERVATION. Complete the requested info and finalize by clicking BOOK NOW. Your reservation will be pending admin approval. On rare occasions, if the apartment is not available, we will offer equivalent alternatives.

02 Documentation

We will follow up by sending you a contract to sign and by requesting documentation, including a copy of the passport picture page, of all persons who will occupy the unit. Please note that a one-month refundable deposit and a utility fee will be added to your invoice.

03 Move In

Upon receiving documentation and payment, you will be provided with check in instructions. Our international support staff are available to answer any queries by email, instant message, or phone.

When making an INQUIRY with Tokyo Furnished apartments, and by giving us some basic information of what you are looking for, we will be able to direct you to not just to our properties but also to other properties in our business network, increasing the chance of successfully finding your accommodation quickly and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund of total fees – cancellation must be made 60 days prior to check-in date.

A 20% refund of total fees – cancellation must be made 30 days prior to check-in date.

For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, no refund is available.

Transaction Fees

For your convenience, we accept credit cards, international bank transfers, WISE, and Revolut. Please note that Tokyo Furnished is not responsible for transaction fees or currency exchange rates. When you pay online via credit card, a 5% processing fee will be added to your total. If you choose to use an international bank transfer, please ask your bank to add the transaction fees on your side plus a ¥4,000 flat fee charged by the receiving Japanese bank.
