The host was easy to access by email/text. We had a great time in this area. A small but cosy apartment, in a really good area. Good access to metro trains. We took the taxi upon arrival to find our location, but there was no need after that, we just walked to everything. Shops for food etc within a few 100 metres, and plenty of eating out options. Apartment had all the necessary items to make the stay easy. Jennifer always replied promptly to any queries we had. 5 people in the apartment was tight but the absolute maximum.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful part of Tokyo. The mobile wifi was a godsend - was v useful to help us get around, see and find places, and stay in touch with our friends and family. Quiet building, v close to plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, temples, shrines and parks, including the very upmarket Roppongi Hills area. We loved exploring Azabu nearby, and was a good base to explore the rest of Tokyo from the 2 subway stations that are really accessible. We even walked to Shibuya one day! For parents - there is an amazing park nearby (called Sakurazaka Park, or roborobo-en) full of robots and slides which our 15 month old loved. Also, a longer walk, but worth it, to Arisugawa Park (past the Grand Hyatt) where there is a good children's playground, supermarket, and coffee shop (near the German embassy, which is also worth a look). Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer is a lovely host. Her apartment is very cosy. We had a party of 5 stay at her apartment and it was just nice. It's about 8min walk to the train station and there are a lot of eateries and 24 hour markets nearby. Had a really good time in Tokyo! Will definitely stay here again.

The host was so accommodating. the response to our messages  was immediate and we were assisted in booking the right place for first timers in Japan. True enough, it was the best place for five people with one elderly. Located at a very convenient and friendly neighbourhood, Jennifer's apartment is the best place to stay in Tokyo. A 5min walk to the Azabujuban station would take you to different places in Tokyo. The apartment is very clean and complete with all the things we need during our stay. Our aunt loves the place located at the 3rd floor but with elevator it was convenient for her. We'll definitely recommend her place to our friends back home in the Philippines who would like to tour and enjoy the city of Tokyo. Thanks for the experience. It was definitely worth it. 'Til next time. Cheers!

Very good - would highly recommend. Directions were clear; emails were responded to quickly and the apartment was exactly as described. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, very centrally located and beds were comfy.

We didn't stay at this exact apartment but another one that Jennifer lists. We loved it. It was incredibly clean and in a great location (very close to train station and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo). The hosts were very helpful and very easy to communicate with. Thanks again!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures - location was fantastic, very close to Metro and all amenities (supermarkets and restaurants). Jennifer provided detailed instructions for the unit - pocket wifi was absolute godsent to navigate Japan.

We had a great time! Jennifer has other properties in Tokyo, and worked with us to find an available apartment that was right for us within our budget. She left good information about public transportation, including buses, to access the rest of the city. This apartment is not in the thick of it, which is good when the only purpose in being there is to sleep. Speaking of sleeping, there is a fire and rescue station a couple doors down, so don't be alarmed if the get a call at night. I'll just say the Japanese have an interesting way letting everyone in the immediate area that they have business to attend! The #1 asset for us was the portable wifi. Tokyo is certainly more connected that most cities we've traveled to, but we always knew exactly where we were and how to get where we were going next with our own hotspot. The exhaust/heater in the bathroom was very functional, and you'll appreciate the washer if you tend to pack light. We would stay with Jennifer again, and perhaps try out another of her places if we make it back to Tokyo.

I loved the area and the place was big and nice. There was a washing machine. That was perfect for me. Everything was perfect. I met Leo and he was nice and thank you for accepting to put my luggage in the place before 3pm.

My friends and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. We have a very pleasant stay in this beautifully renovated house. Everything in the apartment from the beds, sofa bed, furnitures are brand new! The apartment also equipped with a few electronics devices which never fails to amaze us. The mobile router is another plus point that is really useful for us on navigating around Tokyo. We just have some minor feedbacks. The pillows are too soft, there's no hangers provided in the wardrobe and there's only 1 a/c at the living room which we have to open the room doors to cool the bedrooms before we sleep or else it will be too stuffy and hot. The host provided pictorial instructions on how to separate the trash but we are still confused. Hence, it will be much simpler for us if there's a trash bin that are like those in front of the convenient shops (i.e. Lawson/ 7 eleven...etc). It just a 5-7 mins walk to the buzzing Ikebokuro centre where there abundance of restaurants, shopping and amusement places. And there a Lawson convenience shop that is directly below the apartment for drinks n snacks. A personal view is taking the airport limousine and alight at the Prince Sunshine Plaza hotel will be much more convenient than taking the metro if you have huge luggages like us because there metro does not have elevators. To summarize, we enjoyed our trip and staying in your apartment is better than staying in a hotel.

Tokyo Furnished:
Thank you for your stay. Alvin was the first guest in the renovated apartment. For your convenience, we added extra A/C units. Many other small items like hangers and extra pillows were added as well. We are looking forward to hosting you and providing you with any information you might need on the accommodation or the surrounding area.

I requested to rent this flat, but it wasn't available for my intended length of stay (it was really busy in Tokyo at the time). The host got in touch with me within minutes of my request, informed me that the flat wasn't available, and offered to split my stay between two flats that were in the same general area. He even offered to help me move my things if I needed assistance. Although my review isn't about this particular location, it speaks to my experience in two of the flats that were offered. I found it to be extremely prompt and helpful. the descriptions of both properties were on point and the flats were exactly as depicted in the photographs. The directions that were sent me for finding both locations were exact and the instructions for collecting the keys and getting access to the buildings were also right on point. The flats were spotless, well-equipped and everything (appliances, hot water heater) worked without a hitch. I didn't spend much time in the apartments during the day, but I found both areas to be quiet and pretty centrally located (both places were near subway stations, convenience stores and restaurants). I had a great time at both apartments and wouldn't hesitate to stay at a place managed by Tokyo Furnished in the near future.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Just near to Omotesando - the best part of Tokyo. Two supermarkets just few steps away, very close. Apartment is on the ground floor near some newspaper office, so it is a bit of noisy in the morning, but we will go back anytime :) . The apartment is simply furnished but has everything you really need. Great value for money.

The apartment has all that you would need from a fully equipped kitchen to well appointed bedrooms to an overall cosy stay. Also, it's very very economical.

This place seems to be in the heart of Roppongi. It was my first time visiting Tokyo and the directions Jennifer provided were excellent! I was nervous we weren't going to be able to find the room but thanks to the directions we found it quite easily. The room was a little bit smaller than I expected but if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room it's perfect. The a/c in the room worked well and was a nice break from the humidity of Japan. The pocket wifi that came with the room was also excellent as it provided me with the ability to check maps throughout Tokyo and not worry about getting lost. If I were to stay in Roppongi again I would definitely consider staying here again. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Perfect location, walking distance to most of places of interests. The best part is that you can see both traditional and modern areas next to each other. They even had a nice Japanese garden and kids playground nearby. Jennifer's instruction was also well documented,  so it helped me on the arrival. And it's nice to have instruction on how to deal with trash.

Location is absolutely superb. Great place for food, transport and nightlife. I recommend it in particular for those who want to party in Tokyo ! Big asset is the host. I got a free meet & greet at ANA hotel where the bus from Narita dropped me off. He was helpful in terms of information as far as where when how in Tokyo, and took the trouble to contact me on me foreign mobile phone when necessary (making an international call at his cost). Therefore I have received not only an apartment but a city guide and information service. Leo was also very supportive, accessible and friendly and made my stay in Tokyo a good one.
